1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Teggy to your Discord server or using its slash commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please remove the bot from your server and cease all usage.

2. Authorized Use

You agree to use Teggy in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to exploit bugs, dupes, or security vulnerabilities to disrupt the bot or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the bot for spamming, harassment, or spreading malicious content.
• Falsifying transaction logs or attempting to manipulate the card economy system.

3. Virtual Card Economy

Gold coins, items, and virtual trading cards accumulated via pack openings or games in Teggy hold absolutely no real-world financial value. They cannot be converted, redeemed, or sold for real money. The developers reserve the right to reset user balances or card inventories in cases of verified cheating or exploits.

4. Service Availability

Teggy is provided "as is" without any guarantees of uninterrupted service. While we strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime, network issues, Discord outages, or database maintenance may cause temporary service interruptions.

Violations of these terms may result in temporary or permanent suspension from using Teggy across all servers.
