To function properly and provide its card-collecting services, Teggy processes only essential data from Discord:

• Discord Identifiers (IDs): Unique IDs for users, servers (guilds), and channels to link cards and trade records.
• User Profiles: Discord usernames and avatar URLs to display on generated cards and the global leaderboard.
• Activity Statistics: Number of messages sent and seconds spent in voice channels (used to dynamic-render card stats).
• Game & Economy Data: Gold coin balances, card collections (mints), friends, and pending/past trade swap logs.

Note: Teggy does not read, log, or store message contents, files, or voice conversation audio. We only track volume statistics (e.g. message counts and voice call durations).

2. How Data is Used

The collected data is used exclusively to:

• Maintain user collections and show dynamic user statistics (message count, voice hours) on generated cards.
• Display global collector leaderboard rankings.
• Operate the peer-to-peer trade system securely.

3. Data Retention and Sharing

All user and game data is stored in secure PostgreSQL databases. We do not sell, trade, or lease your data to third parties. Data is retained until a user requests its deletion or the bot is permanently decommissioned.

4. Your Rights (Access and Deletion)

You have the right to access, download, or request the deletion of all data associated with your account. To request permanent deletion of your card inventory and statistics from our database, please join our official Support Server or contact the administration team.
